I forgot my password. What now?

Issue with email address or password.

Many of our users like to use auto-complete or auto-fill-in on their browsers. Check if the login page shows the email and/or password fields as already filled in, then please delete that information and log in by typing your email and password.

Pay special attention to upper and lower case characters in your password as our system is case-sensitive.

If you are trying to copy and paste your password into the password field, be sure you did not copy a blank space before or after the password.

Reset your password.

If none of the steps above help, you can easily reset your password here. All you need to do is to enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset email.

If you have already created a new password but have received a message indicating the new password is not valid, you may need to clear your browser’s temporary internet files for the change to work.
